Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome back to Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic School and a special welcome to our new families! Thank you for choosing O.L.H.C. school for your child/ren. The administration, faculty, and staff look forward to working together with you as we strive to provide an outstanding, faith-based educational experience for your son/daughter.

Here at Our Lady Help of Christians parish school we are fortunate to be able to focus not only on the academic and emotional growth of the children, but also on their spiritual development. We work diligently to keep the best interests of every student in mind. Learning is a serious job for our students, but it also should be enjoyable. Students are expected to strive to meet high academic and behavioral standards and to show respect for faculty, staff, and other students. Each student deserves to be educated in a safe, comfortable environment. Thank you for entrusting your children to our care!

We are blessed to have the spiritual guidance of our pastor, Father John Pendzick and the charitable works and prayers of the Sisters of Christian Charity.   Sister Charlene Verbetich serves as the director of our Pre-School. Mrs. Vita Young is the parish’s Coordinator of Religious Education.

The outcome is best when parents and guardians work in partnership with the school to educate the children. To assist in the accomplishment of our goals, I encourage communication between the home and the school. Please contact me whenever I can be of help throughout the school year. Thank you for all that you do to support our efforts!

May God bless all of us as we work together for the benefit of the children and as we continue the tradition of a faith-based education at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic School.
