Communion

SACRAMENT OF COMMUNION

As Catholics, we know that the Holy Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith: it is the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Communion requires two years of preparation. Children in Grades 1 through 6 who need to make communion are encouraged to attend CCD at St. Elizabeth’s in Whitehall. Children must attend TWO YEARS before receiving First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion.

COMMUNION FOR THE HOMEBOUND
Holy Communion is taken to the homebound the first Monday or Friday of each month by Rev. Msgr. Baver and one of his Deacons. Please call the Rectory to make arrangements.
